FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q. How much does it cost per square foot to construct a house in Tuolumne
County?
A. This can vary greatly depending on the design you specify. Hardwood
floors, custom kitchen work, etc. can cause the square-foot cost to vary from $130 to $200 for the same size house. I will be able to give you a much closer
idea once we have discussed your design preferences.
Q. Bob I have looked through your website and I think we are ready to start
the ball rolling. What do we do next?
A. Assuming you have already purchased your property, then you need to call
me up and we will schedule a meeting with you, me and a designer and we will get
started on a set of plans.
Q. How long will it take to build my house?
A. Again that depends on many things, but depending on the style and design of
house could range from 4 months to a year.
Q. I'm ready to roll. When can you start?
A. I schedule work on a first come-first served basis, as of the date a contract
is signed, so this can change at any time, but at present I am about 6 months
out on new construction starts.
Q. Bob can you build a house for me in the Bay Area?
A. At this time we are only able to bid on jobs in Tuolumne and Calaveras
Counties.
Q. Bob would it be possible to see pictures of your family?
A. Yes, of course. Click right here.
Q. Bob, you said you lived in Tuolumne County for 39 years. Just how old are you, anyway?
A. 39 (and holding).
