About Robert Caldera Construction, Inc. Thank You for expressing interest in Robert Caldera Construction. My name is Robert (Bob) Caldera and I am the owner and General Contractor (Lic. 607403). I have been in the business of constructing custom homes since 1985, and received my contractors licence in 1990. I have a crew of 4 to 6 employees, depending on the time of year. I work on the job daily with my crew and continually strive to achieve quality. We do all phases of constructing a home, from foundation through setting appliances. We work on one job until it is ready for subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, etc.) then move on to the next. We build homes that range from cost-effective first time building type homes to extremely custom, retirement type homes, depending on the homeowner's budget. We work directly with designers to make sure they design what you want and that their designs meet your budget. I have lived in Tuolumne county for 39 years.
